THESE FILTERS WORD AS THE SAY AND BRING SOLID CONTAMINENTS DOWN TO ZERO, REPLACEMENT OF THESE FILTERS IS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE AND FOR ME THEY HAVE TO BE REPLACED EVERY 3 TO 4 WEEKS.

All four of these leaked brown water immediately and registered approx 600 units on the TDS tester provided. I purchased another filter from a local store and it worked fine (registered zero), so it is definitely the filters and not the pitcher.

They're okay but not really for the price. Lifespan will depend on your specific area and water quality. I had been using these fine for about 5 months, replacing every 45 days or so, but my most recent filter lasted less than 2 weeks. Tap water was in the 400s of dissolved solids, and what my filter was producing after 2 weeks was 900s. It was screwed on correctly and had been producing "0" reading upon initial installation. Such a waste of money. I'm not sure I will continue using this product.

I have the ZD-018 dispenser, owned it for over five years, excellent, has always done it's job. My daughter has the ZJ-003 dispenser or tank for over four years, these things really work. The filter are high performers as we both have well water And it is HARD water. Just use them you will love them and they are great for your health!!! My daughter has owner most of the OTHERS and she and I would own nothing else.

Unfortunately, with my last purchase one of the replacement filters wasn't working. When I placed the water into the pitcher the water level remained the same. The next day I ended up opening a second filter. The only reason I didn't send it back because I needed to replace my previous filter and didn't want to risk having to send all 4 filters back to wait for a replacement.

These filters really work. We live in SoFlo and the water by the beach has a weird taste. Instead of buying an expensive RO system we tried these and they are great. We have the best tasting water in the city.

The Brita Zero was one of the best investment I made. Being able to buy the filters at a decent price is another one. Came safely packaged on time. Will order again when needed. I only gave 4-stars because I want to receive a few more orders before I give the top rating. Other than that this seller deserves 5-stars for.

I am very pleased with Zero Water. It has a fresh, no chemical taste, and the meter tells you exactly when to change the filter. I came to So Cal from an area with artesian water which was very sweet and refreshing. Now I can enjoy that here also.

I noticed there is a slight change in the configuration of the top of the filter and the one's I chose were the less expensive lot but not by much. While they work I have had to "burp" them much more often than in the past to get the water to filter through. Wonder if the new one's work better or why some have more air pockets form than others .

Purchased these filters for future use. Just recently used them and the water filtered thru and came out brown!!! Tried another filter from the same box and the same thing happened. These were purchased for future use and now can't be returned because they are past the return period. Very expensive filters and I feel should be replaced.

Now, to be fair, my tap water shows between 50-70 PPMOne filter lasted me a VERY long time (note - I fill up about a gallon per day) - once it was done, I ordered these and so far, it's still lasting.Lasting is showing 0 PPM

Like most Americans, I live in a area with hard water, to which is added both chlorine and fluoride. I have a sensitive palate and hate the metallic taste of tap water. Zero Water is the best filtration system I’ve ever used. No metallic taste, just the pure spring water we are lucky to have. Wish I had a Zero Water filter on my in-coming water line.

Does purification good expensive so value not sure. Didn’t like the way the top fits. Make sure the spout is open before pouring you will get water ALL over. It’s a bit to large for me.

I've never had a zero result from these filters. My tap water is 400-500, the best I can get from these filters is 100-200, even brand new it was barely under 100!

I've had 3 filters out of this box stop filtering water after 2 weeks of light use. The water just refuses to go down even though it still tests at 0 and doesn't need to be replaced. I never had this problem with the free filters I received with the pitcher. Waste of money.
