Flipping omelette has never been easier. In fact it can be used flip fish, a few vegetables etc. while frying. Being made of silicon it can be used with non-stick cookware. Very pleased.

Might seem like overkill until you try it. We are eating a lot of omelettes these days and this gadget makes quite a difference especially when we overly 'pack' the omelette (with spinach, mushrooms and lots of feta!)

The best spatula ever. Might buy a 2nd one for when the 1st is in the wash. Get the large one.
