Post carbon filter was not compatible with my system. 1/4" through where mine required 3/8" and no hex face to turn out the fittings to replace with required 3/8" from my old post carbon. Other than that it is a nice set.

I really like my iSpring RCC7 reverse osmosis system. It has been running flawlessly and leak free for 3 years. Replacing filters is neither easy, nor diffcult. Somewhere between. Here's what works best for me:1) Invest the extra time to get the filter system where you can easily work on it. For me, this means unhooking the system from the side of the cabinet beneath my sink, taking the hinge off the cabinet, and pulling the entire unit out...carefully...since all the tubes are still attached. It's worth the extra effort.2) Turn the RO system horizontally, and open the filter units over a bucket. Most water will be captured. Keeping the filters horzontal also helps with aligning the new ones.3) Remember the GAC filter is directional; make sure up is up.4) If you are changing the RO unit, remember it doesn't want any oil from your hands...try not to touch it directly.5) Review how to unhook a hose, particularly for the step where you clear the filters of their carbon dust before they go into the RO unit. Pull off the little plastic C-wedge, then push IN/DOWN on the protruding ring/lip around where the hose enters. (Don't just pull on the hose like a gorilla--voice of experience.)

I have been using basic 'generic' filters in my 5-stage iSpring for a while, but I needed to do the 5-year major service, so I ordered this package. I watched a few how-to videos on YouTube before doing the service, but with that knowledge, I was able to change out all of the filters -- including the RO unit as well. It was fairly easy and took about an hour total. The new 5th stage (polishing) filter had different connectors from what my older iSpring system had, but this package also came with adapters, so I was able to use the new connectors as well.This package is enough to do the full 5-year service, as well as the 1-year service and an extra 6-month service -- all included.I believe the basic iSpring filters have come down in price as well, as they do not seem to be too much more than the generics, so I would definitely buy this (or smaller 6-month/1-year packages) again.

I have purchased several sets of replacement filters for my iSpring RO system, but when I received this set it was a couple CTO carbon filters short. Through Amazon I was directed to the iSpring Customer Support site where I submitted a ticket with my issue. Not expecting a fast resolution, Brian from customer support contacted me the next morning (Friday/New Years Eve) and had the missing filters to me 2 days later on a Sunday.I am delighted with how fast and excellent their response was. These filters were an exact replacement on 2-years worth of filters for my iSpring RCC7 under-sink reverse osmosis system. Richard atiSpring was great in helping find the right replacement filters. I had a leak on one of the filter housings after replacing the filter and Richard quickly sent me replacement filter housing and O-rings to fix the leak. I would definitely continue to use iSpring products due their GREAT products and Richard OUTSTANDING customer service!

We've had our house and therefore the iSpring water system for 5 years and realized we never changed anything. After the faucet (separate issue) started leaking, I replaced that and ordered this filter set. Our community relies on ground water filtered from the mountains and normally the water quality is already much better compared to average L.A. water, but to basically make the parents happy, I embarked on a two-day overhaul by scrubbing the filter housing and soaking the entire system in diluted Clorox. The stuff that came out of the storage tank was disgusting, a lot of slimy black bits which really made me question what we had been drinking the last few years. But once everything was replaced, the water tasted noticeably better, which made everyone happy.One minor issue was that the 5th stage did not come with the snap-on adapter for the plastic pipe, but I was able to get the adapter at Home Depot. You will also need that white tape so that the joint doesn't leak.

When I ordered this product I was amazed at one comes in the box!This is a two year supply of filters!You read that right.Every filter you need, for two years running your reverse iSpring 75GPD 5-Stage osmosis system.If your like me, when considering you may need this, you don't need every filter as your probably in need of just two filters.Trust me, for the money this is a steal!My water is full of everything you can imagine and this system made it perfect!I just hope they are still this affordable in two more years.

I ordered these filters in order to do my annual filter change on our iSpring RO system. Unfortunately, the inline carbon filter would not completely seal no matter how much I worked with it. I contacted Josh at iSpring and he promptly and without question shipped out a replacement filter for me. The new filter sealed perfectly. iSpring's Customer Service is the best I've dealt with in a long time.

Quick connect tee fitting (2 each) missing. Unable to use 5th stage filter. The installation configuration has changed and ispring/amazon doesn't include the proper fittings to install the 5th stage filter. This filter kit isn't useable and I recommend nobody order it until ispring and amazon figure it out.

Excellent quality reverse osmosis system replacement filters. I have nothing but good to say about the ispring water filtration systems and these filters work wonderfully. I have had my unit for more than 5 years and replace the filters as needed. They maintain high water quality levels with superb taste. If you want to be able to eliminate the need for buying bottled water, the reverse osmosis system and these replacement filters are one of the best options on the market.

We've had this system for a few years. It works fine! Customer service is top notch. They replaced a missing part next day. My only complaint is that the instruction booklet that accompanies the system could have been written in a more sequential fashion. We hired a plumber to set it up, and it took him many hours of him sitting on our kitchen floor with the instruction booklet, but he eventually got it. When it came time to change all the filters for the first time, I did it myself, but again, the instructions were not altogether clear. I had to call and e-mail customer service and ask questions several times. They were very patient and helpful with me.

While replacing the filters in my RCC7 R.O. System, leaks appeared on the inlet side of the 5th stage filter. I contacted customer service and explained my situation. Adam, from customer service, sent me a replacement filter and connectors which corrected the problem. I highly recommend ispring for both their products and their customer service.

Got these for an iSpring 75gpd RO system over 2 years ago. Installation is easy but screwing in the stage 1 filter cup can be a little tricky since the filter wants to wobble. Just get it straight and start turning. These lasted us a little longer than 2 years since we only use about a gallon a day.

Stage 5 filter came with wrong fittings. Needed threaded ends. Right part number but wrong design.Removing membrane is impossible. Membrane swells in use and can't be removed. Replacement filter kit should come with membrane housings as part of filter replacement.

Wish it came with two ro membranes. I have not been really good about replacing the pre-filters on time so the ro membrane needs replacing before I go thru the others. Otherwise they fit and do a good job.
