This was fantastic, at first. Two swipes and razor sharp. But, soon the diamonds began to erode away. Maybe 20-some sharpenings and there was nothing left. Useless. That's about $1 per sharpening. Would not buy again.

This sharpening stick will put an edge on a knife fast! It sharpened my meat carvers so that they easily sliced both Pork roast and a Ham perfectly. The only problem I have is that it is perhaps a bit too coarse. I might prefer to work a little harder to get a nice smooth edge. I will probably follow it with a sharpening steel for a clean edge.

The best knife sharpener. You can slice tomatoes like butter. Nothing like this sharpener. I give this often as a gift. Walmart has a better price.
