I purchased the 4pk, but I might go the 12 on the next buy. These work great, just as good as the ones you get in the store for. I received mine individually packed and with a blue screw on cap for each filter. Thanks to one of the other reviewers for stating why the filters have caps and why there is moister in them. Love the Zero Water filters which have worked way better than the Brita brand and last way longer for me. Good price for bulk buy.

After cleaning the pitcher, I installed one of these "new" filters, and the water didn't taste quite right. I checked with the tester and it was 037, when it should be 000. Took everything apart, cleaned the pitcher and test cup, rinsed and dried the outside of the filter. It tested at 015. I emptied everything, tried again and it tested at 019.Tried a different filter. At first it tested at 000. Next morning it tested at 006... time to replace overnight? My tap water tests at 127.Returning these filters. Bought ZeroWater 4-pack of filters at Target for the same price and voila! Water tests at 000 consistently.

I don't know why all the complaints about these filters. This is the second batch I have ordered, and they work fine. Easy to install, and the little meter that comes with the original ZeroWater pitcher reads zero, so they are apparently working as they should. The water tastes pure and sweet, and they last a good 2.5 to 3 months before needing to be changed. I honestly have no complaints about these filters, they are perfectly fine in my book.

Area I bought a house in had well water, TSS ran between 400 to 500. Good buy For the 2 years I lived there. this product served me well. It wore out frequently as the directions said BUT I knew this going in. Well worth the time & money. spent purchasing the filters. The left over filters I put in my RV save money over bottled or questionable water.

I wasted my money on these as none of them worked ! Several worked for about a week and then stopped allowing water through. The other two did not work from the get go. It is so hard to even find a number to call for Amazon and I do not have a printer so I just lose the money and will never order again !!! I have a few choice words I would like to say but I will be a Lady.

The water is filtered completely and I did test it separately with an independent testing device with the same results. Best feature is it tastes so crisp & clean and I enjoy drinking water again. Only CON is the really slow filtering process when you are filling the pitcher back up, but understandable due to the amount of filtering. :)

Ever since we've used the Zero Water Pitcher (and refills) our glasses and cups have stopped filming orange (with rust). For years, I didn't think I minded the Iron in our water, but now I can't go back. These filters remove the iron and many other impurities.

This was delivered to me on May 27 and it hasn’t even been two weeks and the filter needs to be replaced already! The water taste vinegary! The TDS stick that says 269 was after the filtration the stick that says 100 came directly out of my tap! How is it adding stuff to my water?

I’m not sure what has happened with the product quality, but I used one of the replacement filters and it lasted for barely one week. The previous filters I used lasted for well over a month with similar usage.Now, I’m looking at the cost of installing a reverse osmosis system under the sink because at this rate with ZeroWater replacement filters relatively high cost, the break even point would be less than a year.

we have a lot of junk in our water and I didn't know how much until I got our Zero Water system. I tested the water b4 filtering it through Zero Water and it read 280+ but after it was filtered it was zero, just like the label says. OMG!! HUGE difference in the taste too. I don't want to drink water from our home w/o it first being filtered through the Zero water system.

Works perfect with our ZeroWater pitcher. -1 star because every so often the water does not filter down. Personal theory is that the filter material gets compacted and doesn't allow the water through. I like these better than the filter that came with the pitcher because was are not getting the beads and charcoal feedback in the water collection top portion. Less likely to need to clean the pitcher before putting in a new filter.

I looked at several different brands before deciding on Zero water...their filters are the cheapest, work well and last a long time. I double filter between a jug and a larger container. Sometimes they get clogged and I just switch the filters between the two and they start to work again. Love this brand!

I'm not sure what's going on with ZeroWater filers. These replacement filters purchased does not filter the water to become ZERO like previous filters. My normal tap water reading is about 140 but the read out shows 4 instead of zero on the new filters. In addition, after using it for about 2 weeks for only two people daily use for drinking water, there is a weird taste (sour like) from the filtered water. The reading is still showing about 4-6 ppm. Therefore, my question is, WHATS GOING ON?

I’ve been using zero water pitcher for more than 2 years now and these filters are by far the worst! I bought them here on amazon and unlike some reviewers that said the filters were not full, these were actually full of the filtering material. But what a disappointing design! The little yellow and black sand-like pieces keep coming out of the filter. For the price of these filters, you’d think you get something a little decent!! I wonder how much plastic my family and a have eaten so far ?

My first ZeroWater filters that came with my unit worked for what seemed like forever. I finally had to replace them and I ordered these ones. These havent lasted nearly as long... don't ask me why. Also when they start to wear out, they start to flavor the water a weird burnt plastic taste.. gross.

We were so excited to get this and it worked really well... for almost a month. It filtered quicker then our old brita ever did & tastes much better. A month later, we're really disappointed in this product as it was supposed to last for at least 3months. Our water went from over 150 to literally no solids! I wana say about 2weeks later it went up to .01, and then for some reason this week (week 4) its up to 135.

Zero water is a great filter system; I don't know what is wrong with these filters from Amazon but they only last half as long as the ones I buy at Walmart. I guess I won't be buying them on Amazon any longer :(

The Zero water delivers as advertised. This system gives a long explanation about using the included water tester. Honestly I'm not sure we have used it more than twice in 5 years. The easy proof is in the pudding my water tastes terrible out of the tap, but after being run through the Zero water filter it is fantastic and refreshing.

We have really hard tap water that is not pleasant tasting. My husband didn’t like our Brita and I had to convince him to try the water from the Zero filter. He thinks it’s better than bottled water, win for my back on shopping trips, win for the environment and win for saving money on bottled water. Love this system.

The filters work great and last for about 8 to 10 weeks (for an individual person) before reaching the TDS 6 receommended for replacement. I've read some reviews of water that smells like fish but I have not experienced this. I suspect those people are not replacing the filters as recommended. I think this product provides the best water quality available from a pitcher type system.

Zero water filter is the ultimate in water filters. It filters better than any other water filter on the market. My water has a metals level of over 200 prior to filtering...once run through the Zero filter, it goes to zero!

Don’t like this product wish I open the box alittle earlier before my time was up to send it back.Everytime you fill the water pitcher these black particles is floating from the filter...didn’t have this problem with the filters that came with the pitcher...The water pitcher is by zero water and the new filters are too..You want the product to do what it’s says getting rid of all the bad things.I seen some reviews talking about the floaters didn’t happen at first until I needed new filters
