Buy the newer model - it is deeper and more useable. I use the newer model in my new Breville toaster oven-I can even fit two of newer model in oven.

The shape/size is kind of cute, but these are really thin and flimsy looking... It really doesn't look like All-Clad's usual aluminum core tri-ply (and if it's tri-ply at all, then the aluminum must be the thickness of aluminum foil. As a result, I'd *really* worry about hot spots and scorching...These definitely aren't up to All-Clad's usual standards!

My tapas looks good on this pans and it's also grate for small single paella! Quite hard to clean though as the food stick into it! You just need patience to clean.

I'll be honest: the only reason I bought these was because they were the only All Clad "minis" that I didn't have yet. They are adorable, look great hanging on my pot rack with all of my other All Clad. I look forward to making some cute meals for 1 or 2 in these dishes.
