I thought I was so smart. I hated how sour cream was globbed on to tacos, nachos, potatoes, all that kinda stuff. I filled the bottle with sour cream and was excited to finally have evenly applied sour cream to my taco. So I squeeze the bottle. SPLOOSH! THE TOP POPPED OFF and now I have a taco covered in a huge clump of sour cream. I mean, I like sour cream...but not that much. WASTE OF MONEY.

Only used once for chocolate ganache for a drip cake and didn't experience any issues with leaking. Squeezed with the right amount pressure should avoid any leakages and the top coming off. Very good value for money.
