Introducing the vacuum jug from Stelton (Stelton), a Danish stainless steel manufacturer founded in the 1960s. Designed by Eric Magnussen in 1977, this vacuum jug has been a long-selling product throughout the world since its launch. The simple cylindrical design does not take up much space, simply place it on a table to add style to your space. It is not only designed but also functional. Thermos construction and spouts with two different stoppers for different purposes. It comes in two ways: a convenient locker stopper that automatically opens and closes just by tilting or turning the jug vertically and a screw-on picnic stopper that is perfect for transporting or keeping your drink hot or cold. Hold the handle and pour your drink with one hand, so you will want to keep it on your side while working at your desk or work. You can easily disassemble the parts when cleaning it. Uses double walled glass bottles with high heat and cold retention. The bottle inside the jug is a thermos type with double walled glass. Picnic stopper keeps hot and cold drinks warm over 40 degrees in 24 hours and over 60 degrees in 10 hours. Store hot and cold drinks for year-round use

●ステルトンについて1960年にデンマークでステンレス製品のメーカーとして創業。アルネ・ヤコブセンがデザインしたテーブルウエアの理想を実現するため、3年の歳月をかけ継ぎ目のない円筒を創り出すための技術を開発。1967年に『シリンダ・ライン』として発表。シリンダラインの洗練されたデザインと高度な機能性によって『ステルトン』の名前は一躍世界に知られるようになる1977年にはエリック・マグヌッセンがデザインしたバキュームジャグを発表。プラスチック素材を大胆に取り入れたことで、ステルトンは新たなイメージを築き上げた。このバキュームジャグはシリンダ・ラインと同様に世界中の美術館でコレクションされるなどそのデザインが国際的な評価を得ることとなり、ステルトンは国際ブランドとして不動の地位を築いたステルトンのモダンなデザインや品質の高さは、時代を超えて今も人々を魅了し続けている。●1977年から変わらないシンプルで機能的なデザインで世界を魅了し続ける、stelton社のバキュームジャグ●保温効力(ピクニックストッパー使用時):40度以上(24時間)、60度以上(10時間)●※ ガスケットは合成ゴム製のため、長くご使用になると次第に劣化するので、年に1度程度交換することをお奨めしている●※注ぎ口は、傾けるだけでお湯が注げる卓上タイプと、ねじ込み式でこぼれることのないピクニックストッパータイプの2種類が付いている●Erik Magnussenはコペンハーゲンに生まれ、工芸デザイン学校でセラミックを学び、1960年に銀賞を受賞して卒業している。長年にわたりビング&グロンデール社のデザインを手掛け、最近では幅広い分野で製品をデザインしている。その中にはフリッツ・ハンセン社の家具、フランツ・シュナイダー・ブラーケル社のドアノブ、ロイヤル・セランゴ社のピューター製テーブルトップ、ステルトン社のステンレス製とプラスチック製テーブルトップ、リクト&フォーム社の磁器ランプ、ポンスティアニ社の家具などがある。マグヌッセンは1967年にLunning Prizeを、1977年にはThe Furniture Prizeを受賞し、1983年にはデニッシュ・デザイン・カウンシルより、デザイナー・オブ・ザ・イヤーに選ばれている。さらに彼は、デンマーク・インダストリアル・デザイン協会からID賞を受賞している。近年では1996年にビンデスベル・メダルを受賞し、オール・ハースルンド・ファンドをはじめ、王室ジュエラーのA.ミケルセン・アニヴァーサリー・ファンド、クヌード・V・エンゲルハーズ・メモリアル・ファンドより奨励金を授与されている。1997年にはデザイン・ゲントラム・ノアライン・ヴェスファーレン主催のデザイン・イノベーション'97コンペでローテ・ボークト賞を受賞するとともに日本産業デザイン振興会からグッド・デザイン金賞を受賞している
