I bought a pair of these to put out on the buffet for Christmas dinner, and they worked wonderfully. They are simple and elegant so I would recommend them for everyday use or entertaining guests. They are sturdy, but not too heavy and hold up well in the dishwasher.

I had a Pampered Chef brownie spatula that I loved, but the handle gave out. This looks to be all one piece and all stainless steel so I hope it holds up. I love these slim spatulas.

I got my first steel spatula 35 yrs ago. Loved it. It finally broke at the neck, metal fatigue. Found another. It suffered a similar fate after years of daily use. Could not find a replacement when I thought of Amazon. And there it was. It appears to have a sturdier handle and neck, so expect to use it daily for another 10 years. It's great for scraping the bottom of non-stock pans, for cutting butter into sugar or flour, for turning over roasting potatoes and vegetables. The edge is quite sharp and stays sharp after years of use. Because of the narrow width it can be used for those roasting vegetables and for lifting cut brownies out of the pan. Just very versatile.
