This is a very nice pan. The cakes slip out easily. I used it to make several gifts, just like you buy in specialty store,,,,but for a lot less.Second review:I ordered one of these small Bundt pans last year for making gifts for friends. I ordered another this year to make thebaking go faster. These are great pans, heavy enough to bake and last well. It takes plenty of greasing and flouring tokeep them from sticking, to make cleanup easier. Otherwise, I am happy with them, and my friends enjoy the cakes.

I just received my pan yesterday and could hardly wait to bake something in it. I just used a simple box chocolate cake mix. I used all the cake batter which resulted in 'muffin tops'. For me that was OK, but you could use a little less batter and get a flat 'bottom' to the little bundts, or you could just slice the muffin tops off. I made a nice little powdered sugar glaze and they were wonderful! Each bundt is enough for 2 people unless you're really hungry and want a huge portion. I baked at 325 for 30 minutes and they turned out PERFECT! I used a little cooking spray and made sure to get inside all the flutes. I cooled for 10 minutes and then inverted and every single one came out instantly and perfect with all the detail. This pan is nice and heavy. I cleaned it with warm water and a little soap. Nothing much stuck, so it was quite an easy clean up. I could not be more tickled and would HIGHLY recommend this product!

Just used it tonight for the first time to bake banana bundtlettes. I sprayed each cavity generously using Pam baking non stick spray (has flour in it), and not one single piece of each bundt stuck to the pan at all. I waited about 10 minutes after taking them out of the oven to let them cool a little until I flipped the pan over and lifted it off. Took 2 minutes to wash it, no scrubbing at all. My bundtlettes turned out perfect, each one is probably 5-6 bites, so bigger than a cupcake.

My husband recently started making bundt cakes as a side business. We had purchased some a couple years back and could not remember what brand they were. I am SO glad we forgot, because we had to search for more and came across this Wilton brand. I can not say enough about how well these back. We typically use PAM or another non-stick spray to keep our cakes from sticking and with the other pans we were using, it still wasnt enough. Now, with these, there isnt a need to even use the non-stick spray!! Our cakes almost slide right out of the pan. I even took them out before giving them time to cool and they STILL slid out with ease and no sticking. We have pretty much decided to only use these pans and will be ordering more so we can fulfill our cake orders with ease. LOVE!!! You won't be disappointed with this purchase!!

I've had this pan for a few weeks, and I've already used it several times. I made pineapple angel food cakes (Betty Crocker angel food mix plus 1 can crushed pineapple. Bake 325 for about 30 min) for a picnic and people raved about them. I also made banana bread, which came out fine, but not totally flat on the bottom. I love the idea of being able to eat a whole (mini) cake without guilt. I am freezing them for quick breakfasts. Clean up isn't hard. I let the pan soak with water for a few minutes, then clean it with my plastic bottle brush. I am considering getting a second pan so I can cook a whole recipe at once. It's well made and bakes evenly. Love it!Update: I no longer love it :( When I make cakes that do not contain oil (e.g., angel food cake), the cakes stick to the pan and the pan is almost impossible to clean. I've tried putting oil in each using a brush, but it's still awful. I'm so disappointed.

This is a wonderful mini bundt pan! Makes the cutest little bundt cakes, which is what I was wanting. My cakes also did not stick. But I wish I had ordered 2 because 1 recipe makes 12 little cakes. I will most likely get another one.
