I think it could be improved by having a soft close mechanism. Also, when you open the package there is clear wrapping the plastic on the lid and it is difficult to remove it all, a lot of it gets stuck in the wood frame.

Pretty nice. You have to lay the tea bags down flat in order for them to fit unless you have loose lipton tea bags or something, then those can be stocked standing up.

It is great for displaying tea bags. You can lay them down or sit them up. The wood is that the best quality but if you take care of the box is should last. The price is great, so I did not expect the world. Overall this is a great product and gift for tea drinkers out there.
